Dr. Katheryn (affectionately known for her humanitarian work) is a faith leader, author, speaker, life coach and business consultant. She is committed to equipping women and leaders to uncover or reclaim their God‑given purpose, enabling them to fulfill their destiny with clarity, excellence, and impact as they face the realities of the current job market.
She is the CEO and founder of Destiny Global Enterprises, LLC, Destiny Family Services, CDC, and serves on the Board of Directors for the Foundation for Global Missions.

With more than 25 Years of Corporate Leadership and Community Impact, Katheryn brings a distinctive blend of strategic intelligence, compassion, and purpose driven clarity. Her career includes serving as a Budget Analyst for TACOM; holding leadership roles at Fortune 500 company Allstate Insurance Company in claims, education, leadership, and catastrophe preparedness; and working as an Associate Consultant with Global Strategic Partnerships, supporting domestic and international organizations with business development and related consulting services.
She has worked with best practices teams in the areas of communications and hiring. During her tenure with Allstate, she was awarded the prestigious Chairman’s and Bronze Awards for excellence in community engagement, leadership, performance, and quality.

Katheryn’s writing is clear, relatable, and practical—blending her gift for storytelling with a powerful ability to teach and inspire transformation. This shines through in her upcoming book, Mastering Your Steps.
Her three book Destiny Curriculum, The Transitions Journal, The Unique You, and Breaking through Glass Ceilings, guides women and youth through the deep work of identity, purpose, and personal transformation. Through these writings, she equips individuals to examine long held beliefs, strengthen their identity, embrace new value systems, and develop strategic plans and relationships that align with their gifts and calling.

As a breast cancer survivor who also rebuilt her life after the sudden loss of a 20 year career, Katheryn brings a depth of empathy and insight that can only come from lived experience. Her journey fuels a coaching approach that is both compassionate and powerfully transformative. Grounded in her M.A. in Christian Counseling and Ministry and as a life coach, Katheryn equips individuals to heal, rebuild, and step boldly into the purpose and identity they were created to carry.
Through the Circle of Extraordinary Women, a community she created to support women from all backgrounds, including unhoused single mothers, she created a safe haven for women to heal. Katheryn helped women and families gain clarity, confidence, and direction during defining seasons of their lives. Many now lead in their careers, businesses, ministries, homes, and communities. Katheryn and her team provide life coaching, group training, therapy and mentoring in the areas of Identity/Purpose, Career Development, Mental and Physical Health, Financial Literacy and Relationship Building.

Whether speaking or consulting with individuals, teams and leaders across ministries, nonprofits, and for profit businesses, Katheryn activates potential and equips individuals to lead with confidence and integrity. Her work helps build cultures that cultivate purpose driven careers, businesses, and ministries. In this work, she has worked with two nonprofit foundations to develop global disaster relief practices, operating procedures, and other strategic development plans.

In Katheryn’s workshops and business development with start-ups, small to midsize for-profit and non-profit organizations, her approach blends foundational business development with strategic planning, giving clients the structure and clarity they need to move from vision to execution. Through her guidance, she has facilitated sessions in basic business development, and project implemtation to 50 Leaders/Organizations to help theose entities develop humanitarian and/or for-profit businesses, strengthen teams, and create environments where purpose and performance work together to produce lasting impact.
